Every body is different, so we believe every program should be too! Each of our clients has a unique program with a mix of injury prevention/rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and periodized workouts.

What We Offer
Personal Training
In-person and online personal training is formatted as a 45-60 minute session. These are scheduled on an individual-basis and are completely personalized. Currently, we offer personal and semi-private sessions. We use Zoom for our online platform, but we also offer at home workouts where we will come to you (no equipment necessary).

Fitness
Programs
Fitness programs run on a 4-week schedule and are completely personalized for your schedule and equipment needs. We use the coaching software, TrueCoach, to schedule, build, and track programs. We currently offer 3 fitness program options:
Functional Screens
Our virtual functional screens provide a comprehensive evaluation of strength, mobility, and movement efficiency.
Our FREE Fitness Consultation is a 20 minute call with Madeline. She will answer any fitness, nutrition and program questions you have and give personal recommendations.
The Biomechanics & Mobility Screen is a series of stretches and movements that highlight the body’s ability to move at various joints.
The RacquetFit Tennis Serve Screen is comprised of tennis-specific movements that evaluate the body’s ability to efficiently perform a tennis serve.
